Zirconia (ZR-G)
ZrO2 ca.- 8% Y2O3-stab
The unstable building material ZrO2 can be stabilised by adding various oxides, such as Y2O3, MgO, CaO or Al2O3 , to produce a high-performance ceramic with unique properties. GTS is producing an increasing number of parts for laboratory use in the form of crucibles, annealing dishes, tubes, plates, etc. Besides these, special designs for mechanical engineering, electronics, optics and medical technology are also seeing increasing demand.
